Everything.

We’re not here to help you get the “perfect” body. We’re all for demolishing toxic beauty standards.

But health and fitness isn’t about aesthetics. It’s about living your best life. It’s about being here, enjoying new experiences, and loving the people you love, for as long as possible.

And queer people deserve that. You deserve it.

Navigating health isn’t easy for gay and trans people – especially trans people. And as we get older, there’s a lot we need to keep up with. Cancer screenings. HIV and AIDS. Autoimmune disease. Menopause (for cis women and trans men too!).

But there’s also quality of life. Yoga. Hiking. Finding queer workout buddies.

We’re not doctors and we don’t give medical advice. But we’ll give you a place to start looking for answers to your questions.
